WELCOME TO THE BULLSEYE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS PAGE

Thanks for visiting the Bullseye Canada/Bullseye Songs website.
On this page we will try to answer your questions about purchasing, shipping and availability of
Bullseye merchandise and other products.

If you can't find the answer to the question you're lokking for you can contact Bullseye's president
Jaimie Vernon at bullseyecanada@hotmail.com.

1) How can I be sure something is in stock?

If there is an active PayPal link on a product page, the item is in our warehouse and ready to ship. Out of stock items will be marked as such on artist pages.

2) Why are prices in US Dollars?

Though we are one of the most recognized online retailers of Canadian music, our customer base is the largest in the United States and elsewhere. USD currency is recognized by all our trading partners and is the basis for our PayPal and credit card transactions.

3) Can I purchase more than one item at a time?

Yes, the site is designed with a shopping cart feature for items like CDs and DVDs listed on the artist pages (except MP3s which have their own 'Check-out' directions). A'View Cart' PayPal button is in the top right corner of every artist page. It allows you to monitor and change your order before you do your final check-out.
Swag product from our Cafe Press site has a separate payment and check-out option and cannot be combined with CD and DVD purchases or MP3s.

4) Why can't I use my credit card?

Bullseye is not currently set up to accept credit cards, but we will soon. You can use your card if you sign up for a PayPal account. Check them out at PayPal.

5) What if I don't have PayPal or a credit card. Can I still buy from Bullseye?

Yes. Bullseye still deals with good old-fashioned mail order for your convenience. Go to the link here: Mail Order

6) Do I get a discount on shipping for multiple items?

Absolutely. Our shopping cart feature allows you to take advantage of multiple purchases and receive a break on shipping costs.

7) How long does it take to ship my item(s)?

Orders are generally shipped within 24-72 hours after receiving confirmation of payment from PayPal -- an order received on a Friday will not ship until Monday, for instance. We do not generally send confirmation of your order as PayPal does that on our behalf by virtue of your payment receipt. If you get a payment confirmation, so have we. If there are shipping issues (like an item is out of stock), we will contact you then.

8) How long will it take for my item(s) to arrive?

All packages are shipped Canada Post First Class airmail anywhere outside of Ontario, Canada.
Inside the province it will be general delivery;
All packages within Ontario should take less than a week to arrive; the remainder of Canada should expect 7-10 business days; United States, Mexico, and Europe can expect a receipt time of 2-3 weeks MINIMUM (and 6 weeks MAXIMUM depending on time of year); Asia and Australia/New Zealand is 4-6 weeks MINIMUM.
We reserve the right to refuse customers from South America as mail delivery to there is generally unreliable.

9) What if my item arrives damaged?

Bullseye offers a 100% money-back guarantee on CDs and DVDs. Let us know if your CD/DVD has been received in unplayable condition or you received the incorrect item and we'll arrange for you to
ship back the old one and we'll send a new one. No questions asked.

Inquiries concerning the condition of swag merchandise bought from our Cafe Press.com website must be directed to Cafe Press as Bullseye never handles or ships this product.

Inquiries concerning MP3 downloads should be directed to www.cdfreedom.com as Bullseye does not handle the consumer distribution of these files.

NB: We do NOT guarantee jewel cases. Period. Our best effort is made to ensure all shipments are packaged properly. But occasionally the mail service will improperly handle the item. Jewel cases are shipping containers and should be viewed as such. Our liability in these instances is to pay a maximum of $0.99 back to your PayPal account for replacement of a jewel case that arrives damaged in transit.
